XENIA

Pricing

One bundle.
90 days to prove it.

Echo + Horizon ship together. We don't publish a rate card — we scope a pilot on your hotels, then quote per property after a short conversation. You're live in about two weeks; the pilot runs up to 90 days because the KPIs you care about — reputation, response time, forecast accuracy — only move across real operating cycles. Checkpoint around day 60; final call by day 90. Leave any time with 30 days' notice — no multi-year lock-in.

01

30-day notice

Leave any time with 30 days' notice — no multi-year contract.

02

Live in 14 days

Connectors, scrapers, first real briefing — operational fast, not a slide deck.

03

Why 90 days

NPS, reply cadence, and forecast accuracy need real operating cycles — weekends, review volume, booking patterns. Not a two-week trial.

04

Quoted per group

One bundle, scoped to your hotels — discussed on a call, not on a rate card.

The bundle

Two agents. One conversation.

Both agents come together. We don't sell Echo without Horizon — the morning briefing is the product, and it needs both signals. Pricing is discussed after we understand your group.

How the pilot works

Live in two weeks. Proof in 90 days.

We don't ship a 12-month commitment on the back of a 20-minute demo. The briefing lands fast; your KPI needs time — enough reviews, bookings, and weekends to know if the copilot actually moves the needle. That's why the pilot runs up to 90 days, with a structured check-in around day 60.

01

Week 0 · 1h call

Define the KPI together

You set the success threshold before we start. Examples : 'NPS up 4pts by day 90', 'reply time under 2h on negative reviews', 'occupancy forecast accurate within 5%'. Your bar, not ours.

02

Weeks 1–13 · live from day 14

Agents at work — up to 90 days

Echo + Horizon on your pilot hotels. Daily briefings from week two; KPIs need longer — review volume, weekends, booking rhythms. Mid-pilot review at week 6. You see everything we see. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

03

Day 60–90

Decide chain-wide

We meet on the KPI you defined — often first around day 60, always by day 90. If we hit it, you scale to the rest of the group on terms scoped during the pilot. If we don't, you walk — no invoice, no awkwardness.

Questions you might have

Asked before. Answered straight.

How do we get pricing?
Book a demo or write to hermes@khelys.dev with your property count, PMS, and pilot perimeter. We reply within 48h with a scoped pilot plan and per-hotel commercial terms — tailored to your group, not pulled from a public rate card. The 90-day pilot itself is never prepaid.
Why is the pilot up to 90 days?
You'll read the first real briefing around day 14 — that's setup, not proof. KPIs like NPS, review response time, or forecast accuracy only become meaningful after several operating cycles: enough new reviews, weekends, and booking patterns on your pilot hotels. We use up to 90 days so your success threshold has time to move; we check in around day 60 and make the final go/no-go by day 90. Shorter would feel fast but judge too early. You can still leave with 30 days' notice — that's exit terms, not pilot length.
Can we pay annually upfront?
Yes — once we agree on terms, annual billing is available with a discount versus monthly. We invoice once, you forecast once. The pilot itself is never prepaid; only the post-pilot contract is invoiced.
Does it connect with our PMS?
OfiHotel is live in production today. Mews and Cloudbeds are on the Q1 2027 roadmap. Opera and Protel come later. If your PMS isn't on the list, we still run Echo (reputation works on any PMS — we read public review platforms) and Horizon partially (manual occupancy upload weekly). Full connector takes 2-3 weeks of dev when prioritized.
GDPR — what do you do with our guest data ?
We don't store guest PII beyond what's already public in the review (name, public review text). Booking data stays in your PMS — we read snapshots, we don't replicate. EU-based hosting (Supabase Frankfurt). DPA available, signed before pilot start — includes the sub-processor list for your DPO. No third-party LLM training on your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How long does setup take?
14 days — from kickoff to your first live daily briefing. That timeline is our standard onboarding playbook for every property: production connectors, review scrapers, and briefing templates already ship in the product; we configure and calibrate them for your hotel, we don't rebuild XENIA per client. Week 1: PMS connector + platform calibration. Week 2: 90-day review history backfill, reply voice tuned to your brand, dry-run briefing. Day 14: the real morning briefing lands in your inbox. No staff training — built to read in about 90 seconds with coffee.
